Beth Rosen, MS, RD, CDN
Beth Rosen is a Registered Dietitian and the owner of Goodness Gracious Living Nutrition in Southbury, CT. Beth has a Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics from the University of Maryland, a Master’s degree in Nutrition Education from Columbia University, and has been working in the field for over 20 years. Beth has helped her clients find relief from digestive disorders such as Irritable Bowel Disease (IBS) and Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth (SIBO), Gastroparesis and Colitis, as well as share her knowledge as a GI Dietitian with other health professionals. Beth has also designed techniques and programs to empower chronic dieters, disordered eaters and those in recovery to mend their relationship with food and their bodies. Her goal is to end the pain of diet culture, one client at a time. She has written for major online and print publications, such as HuffingtonPost and FabUPlus Magazine, and has created nutrition programming for individuals, professionals, and community groups. Jennifer McGurk, RDN, CDN, CEDRD-S
Jennifer McGurk is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist whose mission is to help people heal from diets, and find peace and balance with their food choices. She is the owner of a Eat With Knowledge, a private practice, in Nyack, NY. Jennifer is the creator of the online course Feel Fabulous About Food to help clients who struggle with binge eating find eating disorder recovery and intuitive eating. She will be releasing For Professionals: Help Your Clients Feel Fabulous About Food in March 2019.
Jennifer has created the business, Pursuing Private Practice, along with authoring a book series of the same name, to help other healthcare professionals reach their goal of owning their own business. She created the Pursing Private Practice online course in 2016 to help all healthcare professionals achieve their business goals. She provides individual clinical supervision to other dietitians in the field of eating disorders, as well as business coaching to healthcare professionals in private practice.
